“and the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk to bloom” – Anais Nin.

My Approach

As a Qualified Integrative Therapist, I have trained in many different theories and models which have richly informed the way I practice.

I am passionate about the therapeutic process and work in a relational way; bringing respect, authenticity, empathy and warmth.

I am very much on this journey alongside you, and with intuition infused with curiosity strive to really understand what you are experiencing so we can make sense of it together.

I feel that an important part of the work is the co-creation of a safe and trusting environment to support you in feeling able to freely express yourself.  This then allows us to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
